Round 8 - Sharks vs Storm

I really don't want to lose to these scumbags but based on our recent performances, I don't have a great feeling...
Rain is forecast and if true, expect a tight arm wrestle.

Any changes for the game ? For example did Seve do enough to keep Scott out or does Albert Vete get some time on the bench?
Seve didn't set the world on fire but he also didn't do too much wrong. For the most part didn't get too many opportunities.Itzbek the Purple wrote: ↑Mon Apr 29, 2019 10:27 amAny changes for the game ? For example did Seve do enough to keep Scott out or does Albert Vete get some time on the bench?
Seve Stats
10 Runs for 107 Metres
1 Tackle Break
6 of those runs were dummy half/hitups/kick return runs though.
Only 3 runs in some form of a backline movement.
24 Tackles
1 Missed Tackle / 1 Ineffective Tackle
1 Error
Chambers Stats
11 Runs for 105 Metres
0 Tackle Breaks
Only 3 of those runs were dummy half runs/hitups.
8 runs in some form of a backline movement. Noticeably shut down each time.
8 Tackles
1 Missed Tackle / 1 Ineffective Tackle
2 Errors
I think Vete having another crack is long overdue. He showed more than enough in his one chance to warrant another opportunity.

I believe Vete may have hurt his shoulder in the Q Cup game but it's second hand news.....I don't know for sureyourhero wrote: ↑Mon Apr 29, 2019 11:56 amSeve didn't set the world on fire but he also didn't do too much wrong. Stimson and Scott back in the 21. Papenhuyzen still occupying a bench spot. NAS and Welch swapped (but could possibly swap again ahead of kick-off).
Could be a telling game. If we continue to play poorly, Scott may not be the only player from our usual 17 playing Q Cup.
