Magnificent performance by the Storm Truly amazing.

Storm 50 (Matt King 2, Matt Geyer 2, Billy Slater 2, Ryan Hoffman, Jake Webster 2, Scott Hill tries; Matt Orford 4, Smith goals) defeated Broncos 4 (Darren Lockyer try). Wonderful commentary riders! After not being able to get to the game due to work (bah), I at least got to watch on Foxtel. What an amazing game! And the bronco's only score came from a billy fluffer only after a questionable high tackle on Billy.
Defence was amazing! I admit that I sat there expecting the worst (it's a jinx thing) but it was a wonderful display of footy - and what about Kidwell's amazing out-the-back-of-the-hand pass for a try in the 2nd half!
Awesome!

When Billy (or was that Bobby) gave Locky the ball I thought you might have been in for a long night, but apart from that lapse the Storm were just phenomenal both in attack and defence. If you haven't been given premiership favouritism after that performance the punters haven't been watching!
I have seen Brisbane on the end of some floggings in recent years but never have I seen them outplayed by that much, but the thing that really annoys me though is how underestimated everyone at the Storm other than Orford is. I have just replied to an argument saying that the Storm is basically a one man team i.e. Orford is all you have in terms of attack ... I don't need to re-type my response because I know you all realise how stupid this argument is. Obviously this person didn't watch the game and see that the scoring spree continued after he was rested with 15 minutes left.

Riders I realise that your signature comes from the official Storm website but can anyone tell me why Kearney is still featured in the centre? Does the webmaster really have that little idea about the team?

What a brilliant result. Thanks for your running commentary ROTS. I'm videoing it as it's the featured NRL match this week on Sky Sports channel. Storm turn it on again for the TV cameras! This will be a recording to keep for sure.
