I think the kids on here forget the impact of moving widdop to fullback has on the halves. it is more than just missing slater, in effect we lose widdops best effect.
Anyway, in keeping with this weeks theme of emotion based selection suggestions, let's just send out the whole u20's squad, at least they won. Hahaha

Haha I like! It's so true.
We have not come this far to start blooding a bunch of under 20's towards the business end of the season.
It's not the answer to any of our problems.

O'neill missed a lazy 6 tackles, maybe time to go back to the wing and Get Bobby back to his best position for us. Hampton is just a guess because Bellyache said he was going to give him a game, may as well now to get Bobby back in the centers.
I'm torn between Proctor and Quinn for final bench spot. Quinn off the bench is where he has been most effective this year I believe. Its always hard to come back from a hamstring injury at full tilt so KP could maybe do with a week at Brisbane Easts to get his match fitness back at a lower standard. All the guys should be given next week to redeem themselves. If they play bad again then maybe drop someone. If Hampton doesn't get a go then Quinn and Proctor both play.

I dont understand why Bellamy ruins a good team just by putting widdop at fb ?
Do we not have another fullback in the squad or 20's?:
Just to replace Billy he moves the makeup of the team to something we will never look like going into the finals , i wouldnt mind losing if the team looked the same as say the early rounds and a different fullback...
Im guessing theres a good reason for it or bellamy wouldnt do it but i just cant see it . Rant over!

I would rather hit form this week onwards than to get into a slump in Round 25 like last year. Cam will definately be back, and hopefully Billy might make an early return, but here is the team that I think should line up against the Cowboys:
1. Widdop or Slater
2. Fonua (drop Duffie for a week, he was disgraceful against the Raiders)
3. Nielsen (I would like him dropped but I can't Bellyache dropping him)
4. O'Neill
5. Quinn (yes he had a poor game, but his team mates made him look like a sitting duck out there on the wing, so give him a break)
6. Kostjasyn or Widdop
7. Cronk
8. Vave (J. Bromwich should be dropped and Vave promoted to the starting line-up)
9. Smith (C)
10. Ryles
11. Manu
12. Hoffman
13. Lowrie
14. Hinchcliffe
15. Proctor
16. K. Bromwich
17. Lowe
