Again...............
Well I thought for a minute there my Tiges would do me a favour and win for my birthday - but alas, they didn't have the legs to go on with it
Ten minutes to go in the last quarter and we were only down by 5 points
Game over and we ended up losing by 23
Oh well, again I'll say - there's always next week
Actually the best thing about this game was my boy (who's a Collingwood supporter) was even yelling for my boys to win

Okay you win ... the spoon that is.
Geelong aren't THAT good!
I feel for you Tigger, really I do ... don't worry about them I'm sure the Storm will win next week.

Ahhh, I'm just not too bothered by it all now Christa - sounds bad but seriously, we're just playing like rubbish so the Cats will be trying to set a new AFL record against us
I can take it .... I think
On another note - all you guys talking about Storm & last nite's game - get a grip look at what I'm putting up with, it's now 25 to 145

When you see a performance like that from the Tigers tonight, you really start to wonder if it's player payback for the way the club handled Gaspars retirement from the game. Telling a player he isn't going to get a game anymore - not on form - but we need to mentally scar the kids coming through. I get a feeling that would have a lot to do with the player's performance and state of mind tonight.
From an objective point of view, I love records, and the fact the Cats couldn't get the 4 more goals required to break the highest ever VFL / AFL score is disappointing.

Exactly my thoughts Buzz!!
It's no secret that I absolutely HATE Wallace and the way he's treated Gas this week (and others in the past) is disgraceful!!
I'm quite happy with the thought that the guys were playing like that for payback - sad for a supporter to say - so sue me.
The fact that Geelong were playing for their coach (if they'd lost today we all know he'd have been gooone Monday) and I really think that the Tiges were playing for our coach ... take that Wallace ya lousy bastard!!!!!
On the subject of the greatest winning margin record - I too was sorta hoping they got it, but also quite happy they didn't.

Well we're 0 - 8
The worst thing for me is that bloody Wallace is trying to cover himself by saying that his plan will eventuate in another couple of years ...... geez I hate that bastid!!
Get rid of the mongrel and give the players a good kick up the whatsits and change the bloody culture at the club!!! Then we might just win a few games!!
We would at least win the game after the coach was sacked going on historical happenings with teams in virtually every sport

Hey maybe it's time for the old Tigers song ... yes I know the Liquorland one and that's all fine for the fans wanting to drown their sorrows but this one might express the sentiment a bit better:
Oh we're from Tigerland (a coaches graveyard)
We're from Tigerland
And in fair weather then our coach will wear a grin
but when we need a win
We're right behind him 'cause we find the knives go further in
Oh we're from Tigerland
We never sack 'em 'til our finals hopes are gone
Since the Tigers of all
It's been 30 years in the cold
Oh we're from Tiger (coach watch your back)
We're from Tigerland.

Most coaches get the sack anyway, it's just at Richmond they do it more often
Sheed's is a Tiger at heart, we've always known that
Bring back Tommy Hafey!!!! He'd sort em all out
