I think it will be option one but personally I'd love to say option three.
I think that will definitely happen now. Unless Sam successfully fights his dangerous contact charge, he will miss a week. Smith possibly as well. After a long stint as 18th man - and now with another prop out, you would think Pat has to come in. If he does, hopefully he grabs it with both hands.NevilleB wrote:Hopefully Pat k gets a run now. As much as I want Cam to fight the ludicrous charge, it really is an uphill battle. I had a look at the Judiciary rules for presenting evidence of like incidents - you know, so one of the 250 or so leg lift tackles from this round alone could be presented... BUT, in order to present video evidence in defence, it must;
1. Be from a comparable incident in which a conviction was recorded.
2. From the last 2 years.
3. The Judiciary Chairman can still not allow the video evidence at his absolute discretion.
Makes it almost impossible to defend yourself. Also exposes the NRL for massive inconsistencies
Cam would be fighting in virtually untested waters.

Cam out 1 week.
Sam out 1 week.

As yourhero said, it's virtually impossible to fight this sort of thing. There is also the unspoken rule that if it hurt someone it was, by implication, dangerous. Take it and move on.

We must all hang together or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately
