Rugby League World Cup ***spoilers***
I seriously need to make better use of the mute button on my remote, especially when Nein is calling the game!!!
What a wankfest by Gould, Vossy & Co.
Tough game and it was great watching the Kumuls put up more of a fight then England did. In a way it was a pity they were grouped with Australia, New Zealand and England.

Tomorrow night's Australia vs Fiji is the same. I watched pay tv, better than sitting through 30 minutes of ads during the telecast. Oh, and can someone show Rabs a picture of Adam Blair, he looks quite a bit different from Jeremy Smith last I looked.
thank god for that justintv thing. watched the whole match online, aussies put on a good show, fijians showed glimpses of potential

Kudos to Fiji for their efforts in the RLWC but that game was not good preparation for Australia in the lead in to the final. Also, it showed emphatically once again why Brisbane will be hosting the final.
One game at Suncorp involving the Aussies will attain a higher crowd figure than the combined total of two crowds for Australian games at SFS.
And well done on another triple to Billy Slater, and another freakish try to Inglis.

Yeah, noticed the crowd figures. Its amazing we even got more in Melbourne than the opening ceremony game in SFS.Surandy wrote: Kudos to Fiji for their efforts in the RLWC but that game was not good preparation for Australia in the lead in to the final. What are NSW people doing? SFS, Its a great stadium (rectangular) good facilities and has a reasonable max capacity, close to the CBD.
It would be great to be up at suncorp this Saturday.
