Recreational drug use is prevalent in all sporting clubs - professional or not.
You just can’t let anyone with a phone near you or don’t be recognisable.

From what I read the club don't want to impose suspensions because that would hurt the club and us the fans. I think they will fine them x amount of money and make them go to drug counseling and maybe do some unpaid community work as well.Itzbek the Purple wrote: ↑Thu Sep 30, 2021 2:22 pmreported in the News Media papers. Exactly, there is a reason the (unnamed hotel in st melbourne) has an area where phones are banned upon entry.Shuttlesworth99 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 30, 2021 3:12 pm Recreational drug use is prevalent in all sporting clubs - professional or not.

Essentially, Matt Tripp said the club had planned to deal with the matter within 24 hours of the video emerging but were forced to wait by the NRL.

Meanwhile our club and CEO get blasted in the media for "hiding under the table" and not dealing with this swiftly enough, you know, in our usual unprofessional manner... while the NRL do nothing to clarify the situation and change the narrative for us. So f*cking typical.
