Banner makers!!

I know there has probably been millions of these topics lol!!! But I would like to know who I speak to about making banners!! I have one I'd like to have done but I wouldnt have a clue how they are done and I dont want it to look crappy!! And the ones on here are bloody awesome!! So whoever does it or knows who does please send a message my way so I can beg you to help me out!!!

alright just whipped this together real quick.
its saved as png...looks alright in IE7 but some browers may not work coz of the transparent background (there shouldnt be a grey rectangle type shape around it), well atleast that used to always happen to me.
