New Cooper Song

So pleased was I with my work tonight that I believe this chant deserves a thread of its own. For anyone who missed it in the Week 3 Final match thread it was inspired by hearing about how the winner of St George and Manly would meet Melbourne next week and by a Super-Duper Cooper banner being waved a few rows in front of me.
