How do I unsubscribe from recieving emails on this site

Hey guys, I know I am probably just blind but I have been looking left right & centre for a button to unsubscribe me from receiving emails every-time that someone posts a comment in a thread that I have previously posted in. Can anyone help me with a way to stop receiving these emails, it would be appreciated, thanks guys!
