As Thinga will not be getting to Melbourne until late in the evening, I find myself with a spare ticket to a luncheon on September 26, the day before the Grand final for those without a calendar.

Direct from the information brochure:

It would be a terrible shame to waste it so I'd like to offer it up to the highest bidder (and I'm not talking financial here or else I'd be on ebay).

If Geoff Raines is going to be there then you have to take me, please, please, please - cos once he sees me he'll fall madly in love with me and take me away forever..........well it could happen 
Apart from that - I just love footy, footy stuff and having fun with friends

Come on people this ticket is worth $200 individually but then you get the pleasure of spending the afternoon with myself

Ok...why I am interested-
I am an AFL lover,I bleed black and white (yes,I'm a Collingwood supporter!),I am a big fan of lunch in general,and it's a bloody good excuse for a day off work 

Wouldn't be a day off work for me as I'll be on holidays 
I love working at a school 
I still think it's bloody sad Thinga can't get down in time, can't he get an earlier flight or something Christa?? 
Thinga if you're out there (and I know you are   8)) moving heaven and earth aint that hard is it?? 

It's okay Tigger, he's already got guaranteed tickets to the GF and the breakfast as well as a dinner where ever he wants for his birthday.
Unfortunately there is only the one flight available from Hervey Bay. I'm just glad he was able to get the time off work, unlike last year.

Well that's something at least - nice of you to spoil him tho    Lucky you like him eh?? 

A fellow Kangaroos supporter would love to go....however, work commitments get in the way.
