GAH! MY EYEEESS!!! Someone shut the blinds!!
Thanks for the surprise there
Now here's what I think. I find things rather on the disjointed side, a bit too far apart from each other and some things are less obvious like the links to quote, pm, web, profile, IM, and email on each post. They may be neat but having them much larger than they are now would score a very high plus on the usability factor. The last one was pretty good.
I'm sure you'll put the links to the Storm game history and players database back on as soon as everything is settled so I'm not worried on that part.
Where are the smileys on quick reply???

I've had a few days away from the computer (housesitting and cricket) so it's my first time back here for a little while! One of the reasons I changed the theme was I was looking for something a bit brighter - easier to read text (I know the dark blue with white text was hard sometimes). I'm planning some more modifications, particularly to the templates and graphics. With Thunderstrucks supreme assistance (I hope!), we'll work on some cosmetic changes to finetune it to make it look more like our home!
I also have to add those links back to photo's and fixtures. This should all be done in the first week of January!

I like the new theme but my computer is still having problems with it.
Compared to the original site, since the move to the new addy etc. its taking ages to
load pages, even after clicking "back." I have no idea what the problem is and would
be interested to know if others are having this problem especially if you have Optus Cablenet.
Its working fine on other sites and boards.
If this was any other site doing this I wouldn't bother returning.

I'm using Firefox, but I'm on a dialup connection - The speed difference between the old / new sites is negligibleMike_The_Undertaker wrote:Have you tried using FireFox????
OK I'm running screens in both IE & Firefox (very strange to be 'logged on' in both)
For speed & smoothness of operation - Firefox wins by a long way
