Depends how picky you are. I had a mate that used a very simple line:

Wanna root?

Surprisingly it worked about half the time. Only problem for him was the other half the times, that usually involved getting his face slapped, kneed in the nuts or beat up by the girls boyfriend, mate, etc.

My brother never had a pick up line, he just used to hand them a business card and stand there. 99% of girls would read the card and smile (for some reason they couldn't stop themselves). All the card said was "smile if you're interested".
