Damn! This is like watching England play..... South Africa are 5/27 in the 10th over and McGrath is on a hat trick.

I might get to see most of this game after all.

Anyone staying up tonight to watch the final? I know I will be.  :D

Oh, and I will watch it on Foxtel, less ads. Plus given their shafting of RL supporters I refuse to watching anything on Nein besides RL.

I'm sleeping on the sofa and will try and stay awake to watch some of it, besides, I have visitors from interstate using my bedroom, problem is,  I need to get up at 5:15  :o Sunday morning to drop them off at the airport!!!!

I don't know how many overs I'm actually going to see, probably none due to the rain.  :icon_frown:

Can anyone recommend any good websites to keep me entertained in the meantime?

Bloody rain affecting the start of play!!!

Good thing was that I didn't miss any play as I had lay down for a nap to help me get thru the whole game and overslept, only just woke up again 15 minutes ago. oops!

Aussie's are batting first in a 38 over match.

Aussies scoring 281 for the loss of only 4 wickets. Not once have the Aussies lost more than 6 wickets in a game during this world cup!

What an innings by Gilchrist!!!

The only hilight in an otherwise lack lustre effort by the Aussies.

Congratulations to Australia for winning yet another Cricket World Cup.

And congratulations to the ICC and West Indies cricket boards for putting on the most poorly organised, drawn out farce in the history of international tournaments.

Night cricket without the lights.

Any bets that David Gallop will hire these morons for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup?

:notworthy: Gilly!

Retaining the Wold Cup was almost too easy. Not one nation really pushed us.
