F1 Grand Prix
My parking space is literally 2.5 metres from side to side. If either unit 25 or 27 aren't home you might be able to squeeze an actual car in, and then be able to disembark without necessarily squeezing through a window.
I always used a motorbike, which is why I didn't laugh before taking on the rental of this particular unit. Units 4-24 and 28-36 all have decent size spaces, but they cocked up a bit during the linemarking.
If you want to take the risk, come on over! On Queens lane, north of Union Street there's two speed humps. After the first you'll see a boom gate with parking spaces on either side numbered 36 to 25. Use 26. And note down these details cos i intend to edit them out shortly

Stormin North Queanbeyan!
I've been to every Melbourne GP (and one in Montreal) except 2006 and unless I can scam a Corporate ticket, I won't be going this year either.
It's just too $$$$ - for what I could pay for a 4 day Grand Stand pass, I could get a Premium Storm membership.
Besides the last 2 I have been to, I've scammed a 4 day Pit Exit suite pass inclusive of all food and drinks and so close to the cars, you can almost touch them (through the safety fence!)
Ever since they made the teams drive on grooves among other rules, it's just not as good as it used to be.

Second podium finish. Only his 6th race finish this year, out of 10 races so far and only the 2nd time he has finished in the top 8.
His first podium finish was in 2005 when he was with Williams, he finished 3rd. In 2005 he had been coming 2nd but his bosses forced team orders on him so he made way for Nick Heidfeld, his team mate, who ended up 2nd.
