Send off?

Just wondering what everyones thoughts are on the Dragons/Dogs game with that head high shot by Frizell... the commentators were blowing up about it. .. and that other NRL forum seemed to be blowing up too - so, should he have been sent off?
For what it's worth, I think we see that same tackle at least once a game - and if the dogs player got up no one would have said a word about it. .... for mine, on report, penalty, play on (as it was called on the day)
