Norrie retired early in the pre-season, so his retirement came after last year's Grand Final. Therefore he was eligible to parade before this year's Grand Final.

Mitch Garbutt won a premiership with Leeds to go with the minor premiership and challenge cup titles he and they have also claimed.

GI and Tolman both claimed player of the year honours at their clubs.

Todd Lowrie despite signing a contract to play with Newcastle Knights in 2016, he has announced his retirement. Lowrie instead will coach the Knights Under 20s.
