*ucking Manly into another Grand Final!!
I wrote off Manly at the start of the season as past it, I didn't feel they had another GF in them, but when you look at their experience talent and mental toughness I shouldn't have been surprised, While the Knights have got the experience and mental toughness they lack the overall talent that Manly have!
Blaming the Refs is always the losing Fans perogative, but Storm didn't play their A game and you get found out at this level, if the Chooks go with the same attitude the Knights will roll them, but Manly's win will have refocused them!
Would a "Dad's Army" GF be good for the game well yes if they turn out to be the best sides in the Play Off Comp by the right of getting there!

Don't forget David Williams and Brent Kite. Player retention seems to be a lot easier north of the Murray.simo wrote:Manly still have 8-9 players on their roster from 2008. Wonder how the owners have managed to keep them at the club all this time.
Storm have a big 3..
Manly have a big 6..
Stewart, Stewart, DCE, foran, Watmough, Lyon.
The way I see it. The NRL screwed the most hated club in the comp (storm) out of the finals, so to screw them I hope the 2nd most hated club (manly) win this year.
Someone should tell Inglis that 75 minutes in when the game is gone is a bit late to start looking for work.
His defence was pretty good, but - par for the course - he thought he could just get involved in attack when he wanted.

We must all hang together or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately
Slater's knee has been buggered all year. He didn't let that stop him from getting heavily involved.blazza18 wrote:The only reason why GI isn't copping criticism is because he's injured.
I guess that's the difference

Oh no doubt. But you know what the Sydney media is like.TC wrote:Slater's knee has been buggered all year. He didn't let that stop him from getting heavily involved.blazza18 wrote:The only reason why GI isn't copping criticism is because he's injured.

So
Melbourne fans can join one of two band wagons
POLITIS / SBW
Or George Rose / Richie F
Also known as douche/douche and future plus past storm
Or I think one direction is on somewhere

manly were a great example of how class is permanent, and im not just blowing smoke up cherry
i hope manly win this year. I feel like us and manly share our hard work ethic and have struggled to maintain a successful team. roosters and rabbitohs have just thrown money at who ever could take them to a GF, thers no honor in that

Richie is a massive loss especially against the roosters
I read something interesting on a site i cannot join (LU,they want a true email address)
The last 15 grand finals,2013 inclusive
16 spots have been taken by either Melbourne,Manly or Easts
While they haven't had the mini-dynasties we've come to enjoy in our own teams thats pretty
impressive,they have 6 we have 5 a piece
