Hi Guys, i was just thinking about billy slater winning this last year and was wondering which NRL star u thought would be a great candidate for the next one?
i rekon inglis is a good choice.
but also people like the morris boys would be good tooi think.

Was an interesting show but it is severly biased against power athletes.

Maybe Chris Lawrence or Israel Folau.
Possibly even Matt Ballin from the Sea Eagles, with his PT background.

Take it from an old bloke who did Athletics & Gymnastics a looooooooooooong time ago.
There are some really tough Female sports people I'd put up against some Male egos

Someone like Slater was always gonna win it, on the other hand Lote never stood a chance. I doubt Inglis could win as I think they're in the same class physically

yeah i know i thought that too i just read it in a news report when it said he retired it was also about him signing on to do greatest athlete but i now cant find the aticle to post it....lol maybe i dremt it

Billy Slater will return next year to defend his Australia's Greatest Athlete title its just been annonced
he is gonna be buggered by the end of the year with and against storm australia qld /leeds harliquinns the aboriginal and all stars game (if he is picked and he will be)

the rexona thing is over in about 2-3 days though, so won't have too much impact
