How do you figure he did nothing wrong? He allegedly called the ref a cheat, blamed the world cup organisers for 'stitching us up' and costing us the world cup through scheduling... and has apparently been fined previously by the ARL for issues.
I wouldn't be surprised if he was pushed!

Good coach?
He went into a world cup final with a lacklustre bunch of forwards (mostly selected on his personal preference) and no game plan other than "give it to Thurston".

The thing to remember with forwards in the final was injuries hurt us... but I'm still happy for Sticky to go!

Na na na, na na na, hey hey hey, goodbye!
Another example of great player, shit coach
Cartwright is a good coach, but with only 2 years experience as an NRL head coach, the ARL (Colin Love) would get strung up for giving him the gig.
Meninga is a shoe-in!

Anyone who says he is a shit coach is in denial... he hasn't handled himself well at times, but his coaching ability is proven with his results

Actually yeah fair call. I forgot about that period he had with the Chooks. Maybe it's cos it's been so long since they were a threat. I stand corrected!
