I only know what you know. But then I would think you know I know only what you know so I don't know if it was necessary to tell you that I don't know much about it.
Apparently something was said about him retiring on Sports Tonight not sure whether it's before or after this coming season.

It seems the only ones pleased by this are the Roosters fans ... although I can't recall him directly being the cost of them losing as many games as they seem to think. In fact while they lost the last match he refereed he certainly did his best to keep them in the contest denying the opponents a fair try while awarding them two dubious ones.

As I was just explaining no ref is perfect and they all give every team bad decisions once in a while but he is without a doubt one of the better ones and with his departure soon after Harrigan it will leave a big a whole in the refereeing ranks.

definately going to miss his "woo hoo" comments when the ball is kicked off or someone makes a line break.....

who would be the number 1 ref if he goes...... surely not Simpkins or Clark...please...

Ah but the refs before Billy, such as the Grasshopper, were much more entertaining.
Billy was too much of a show pony concerned with his own self importance ... but he was a lot more decent than most of the guys who go around with the whistle at the moment.

maybe we can push Clarke out next season. Ricky Stewart is gonna have to find someone else to blame now for the Roosters bad performance on the field, he can't blame Mander.

Finch or Anasta might finally get the blame.
