Not a bad website it's found on, though the colours are a little too Leedsish for my liking!

LEEDS Rhinos 39 Criminals 32!!   woo hoo!!

Magic to see Marcus playing! :D

Sonny Bill should have been sin binned, thought he was in a boxing ring, typical! Tried to take Marcus out of the game a number of times, Malaria couldn't stop him, so no way was Sonny Bill going to!

Mr Bean did not do a bad job, but Leeds certainly deserved more penalties than they were actually given!

Cheers

Great job by the Rhinos. Finally a chance to see the Bulldogs get whipped.

That was a good game, glad to see the Dogs go down.

Agree that Bean had a reasonable game, but he did allow quite a bit of holding down and facials and the like to go unpunished. I thought we were going to end up with some headless Rhinos the way that the Dogs were grabbing the heads when the player was still in motion.

Vossy gave great unbiased opinion, unlike a certain idiot that was backing the Dogs to win, and then was looking for excuses as to why they didn't. According to the "expert" commentary of Gould the Dogs practically handed the game to the Rhinos.

Oh, and how short is Burrows, number 7 for the Rhinos?!? He only came up to Marcus Bai's shoulder. On Marcus Bai, good game but I see he still has that problem of coming off his wing and letting tries through.

Bring on March 13!!!!

Vossy was finding it very difficult post match not to start cheering, he had a smirk all over his face, feels the same way I do about the criminals!

FoxSports got their feed from SkySports so thanks to them I don't get to listen to Gould's rambling. :D

Nein also got their feed from SkySports but they had a pre-match, half time and post-match discussion hosted by Vossy, Sterlo and Gould. I really wish it was possible to mute one or more commentators, that way you could hear most of what's being said without the rubbish.

Great win in a full on match. Good to see Bulldogs beaten, but the trouble was they were beaten by Leeds Whinos ... drat!
Great crowd at Elland Road.
The Leeds club bigwigs have immediately made noises that they think next year's match should be held in Australia or NZ. Sounds like they are assuming that they'll be there again! Ha!

Every year whesn the NRL team loses, they say it's because they give away a home advantage to the SL team. Every year the SL team says that they'll play it in Australia the next year to prove it was no fluke. I can't see it happening. Unless the SL team was Wigan and/or it was chock full of players whose names are known to Australians (and don't kid yourselves, no one here pays much attention to SL), they would struggle to raise a crowd. That and the Englishmen would die in 40 degree temps in Feb.

If that's true, Fampa, then that saddens me. Super League has raised it's standards in the last few years. It has also raised it's media profile nationally as well a having a sharper image and respect from parts of the country that still don't have any professional teams. The game is spreading over here. There are now competitive amateur clubs throughout the country. We need a vision for our game to not only survive, but prosper. Part of that vision is to engage in exciting international RL of all kinds, at the amateur and professional levels.

I can still vividly remember the great cameraderie between the Brits and the Aussies at the Tri Nations final a few months ago. What a shame that can't be recreated on Aussie turf.
The 3Nations and World Club matches get big crowds over here. We keep losing to the Aussies but we are an increasingly successfully promoted and run game.

Still if we keep playing the World Club Championship over here we at least generate a huge amount of interest and a lot of money.
The biggest consolation to me is that when Storm win the Grand Final this year I can look forward to seeing them over here in England this time next year doing what the Bulldogs and most other NRL champions can't do i.e. beat the Super League Champions.
Go Storm! :D
