Does he have absolutely no f**king idea? Conversions are part of the excitement and skill of a game, the better attacking team you have then the better chance you have of getting a try near or under the uprights........

this is what fitzy's planing. first take out the conversions but leave penalties and field goals. these would be the next ones to go along with the goal posts. kicking will then be limited to shoulder height otherwise a turnover takes place. tackling is next to go, replaced with strips of velcro stuck to the side of the players' shorts which have to be removed to constitute a "tackle".

there we have it, the perfect rugby league game.

Fitzgerald seriously needed to be fined for bringing the game into disrepute. I thought Noad was being selfish not wanting his players involved in "meaningless games" against opponents such as the USA. But Fitzgerald once again shows he has absolutely no f**king idea and should be fined then sacked.

Parramatta chief executive Denis Fitzgerald added: "I'm not a supporter. I don't think we can expand our game internationally other than in PNG and New Zealand."
