That's a shame, I heard rumours last week Young could come back to us (although I don't know how we could fit him in)

GI out for 8 weeks with a grade 3 hamstring tear... At his age and given his physical and mental state, I hope he can focus on his rehab and get back on the park to play some good footy.

Well done Blake on his career. Shame it finished mid season due to injury. A very consistent player, who played 50 games in purple.

Blake Green did Kempy's Bloke in a Bar / The Locker Room podcast a few days ago.

I thoroughly recommend anyone to have a listen. Green comes across as a super humble, down to earth bloke. He talks through his career and offers some interesting insights into working in the Storm system.

Apparently he's going to coach Newcastle's NRLW team.

GI released from Warrington effective immediately.

Reports state that his hamstring injury is worse than first thought and will see him sidelined long-term. Apparently he will stay on in a development capacity.

All respect to one of the greats, but… did he ever really have the heart to go around again?
