Rang SEN this morning and spoke to KB's producer. Asked if KB and Francis could give score updates as they have previously done with baseball and gridiron games being broadcast from the States. Had to talk s..l..o..w..l..y and repeat myself repeat myself but got my request through. :?

Between 11am and 3pm I was out of earshot of a radio for maybe 10 minutes in total, so it must have been in that time they gave the updates. I mean, after they spent ages yesterday going on about a foot-waddle between two unfit (read "fat and slow") cricketers on the back of a game which would have put the accountant at a horse and cart dealer to sleep, they couldn't have just not bothered? Could they?

Very effing unimpressed SEN.

Many thanx to TS for sending me a wrap up by SMS. 8)

Coogee Dolphins won 42-10 against glen mills bulls, the Broncos of the AMNRL competition, if you can consider them that. They've won the most amnrl titles over the years.

It was like karaoke on speed! very weird renditions of the national anthems!

Think Australia shamed themselves for taking so long in actually giving a damn! Willy Mason plainly said "it's hard to get up for a game like this" - slap in the face to the Yanks! On the flip side, the Yanks lead for most of the game, and certainly ended up with a better scoreline that England did over the weekend!

Scott Hill - you really need to concentrate on holding onto the ball, and taking measured passes. I get embarrassed watching him play these days. Maybe that's just me.

Buzz, what would a game be without Scott Hill doing a try assist for the opposition?!?

Gee, Fiztgerald had some intelligent comments to make about the Kangaroos vs the Tomahawks.
Parramatta chief executive Denis Fitzgerald added: "I'm not a supporter. I don't think we can expand our game internationally other than in PNG and New Zealand."
