Same team that took the field last week has been named. Last week Kenny was named at left centre but I noticed Tohu lining up there. Tohu always does a wonderful job at centre for such a huge guy.

Looking forward to seeing how we back up the emotional job of last Friday. Potentially another emotion filled week for the Kiwi boys.

Hopefully we can play with the same intensity.

Happy with Tohu playing centre the rest of the season if that's the plan. But if targeting a proven centre for next year and beyond isn't our number 1 priority in the offseason then I'll be extremely annoyed.

Bench needs more Kaufusi and less Fonua.

Do you want to know the bad news? Matt Cecchin is one of the refs and Shayne Hayne is one of video refs.

Why not call a spade a spade and let Mahe play at centre? I don't think he's been terrible in the games he has played (love his energetic runs out of dummy half) and if we're going to have him in the side then he may as well play in position.

The thing about mainly our wingers is either they have been trained to come off their wings on defence especially inside our own 20 which seldomly results in a successful shutdown of the opposition play.
In my own mind I think that Mahe and Tonumaipea are the biggest culprits, what I would prefer is them to trust in their centres and fullback to come and cover the inside, instead we will watch time and time again, they will commit themselves to run off their man on man defence and try to tackle the ball carrier, a simple draw and pass and a try to the opposition.

Will the Storm need a new right wing?

Their simply isn't any trust shown in those situations and I do see it creeping into Kennar's game.
So I would rather see Mahe as a centre when he comes on.

I'm really enjoying players like Smith, Cronk and what they showed last week against the Panthers.
Smith's quick ability to read all plays so well allows him to be always in support, likewise with Cronk.
My main player that I like watching is Blake Green, and I'm enjoying players like NAS, Glasby, JB, Harris and Munster.

Anyone knows what has happened to Kafusi?

There's no doubt we need to acquire a centre from the market but that's now imperative if we're going to start playing Fonua in the forwards. Hope we're not using him as a reserve centre.. That's just silly and we'd get found out with the lack of continuity in our backs against the good sides.

There were people on here saying that for Cam's 300th Game, there was around 11'000+ for the games attendance.
And a few people were saying how disappointed they were in those numbers.
So knowing that there was a lot of confusion and commotion about having the game taken to Napier would it be slightly vindicated if there is a bumper crowd? (Despite the result.) The capacity of McLean Park is about 21'000+.

Good point you've made Inglis#3, I would say that the Storm will target a young up and comer, would they have enough in thier budget to go after an established first grader?

We all know how valuable Koroibete is for the Storm, Tigers must be wondering why they let him go lol.
But hoping he can repeat his efforts against the Dragons! Koroibete is the man!
