Nah... it's because we're playing the Broncos. . Simple mathematics..... Monday - Friday = Sunday
I think Munster will play with Slater rested/injured and NAS in for Welch or Kenny. Still not sure if Craig will persist with Mann or allow some of our young outside backs to get more of a taste.
Potentially Hunt/Kennar at centre, Duffy on the wing is another possibility but that did have me thinking... Noting Duffy's slight frame and with the way in which the game has evolved (importance of wingers putting in strong kick returns to start sets), has the <92kg winger become almost extinct? There are a couple of very notable exceptions but generally it seems a hard running 95kg+ hulking winger is par for the course.
Mann has skills no doubt but we have seen him manhandled regularly at centre, often stifling sets. The fear I have is filling our outside back positions with players giving away 10kg+ to the opposition and losing the contact battle.

Another player on the the move due to the squeeze in the cap off to the UK
JimmyThunder the topic of conversation was Cameron Munster and then you say another player on move due to salary cap. Surely we can't be letting Munster go, he is young, the obvious replacement for Billy, a gun and on a long term contract.JimmyThunder wrote:Another player on the the move due to the squeeze in the cap off to the UK
Are you talking about another player or Munster? If you are talking about Munster I (and many others) will be very disappointed.
Mattpoet Francis doesn't have a contract with Storm he is only contracted to Easts Tigers but has been given the oportunity to live in melbourne and train with the storm so the answer to your question is No which annoys me so much cause I'd love to see him in purple
