Munster will play fullback
I can see where they can juggle players around and maybe play Kurt at the back or other players they could slot in.
But definitely for me they have to slot Munster in, he's more then ready.

The big concern would have to relate to not wanting to disrupt the backline any more than absolutely necessary. After 2013 our backline looks a lot sharper, particularly our edge defence. They won't want to break that to cover the fullback spot.
I would be very surprised and disappointed if it is anything other than a direct replacement for Munster.

Expect Munster to start at fullback but there will be times where Munster and Mann will be switching it up a bit (I assume it depends on how our score line is looking though).

Uh. I hate when the Titans do that with Hoffman and Zillman, I hate it when Brisbane did it with Hodges and Kahu and I'll hate it if we do it.
If you're confident in picking Munster to play fullback then he should be playing the entire game at fullback. I don't know why switching positions has become a thing now.

Statistic time:
Canberra is easily the team we have the second most tries against (158), trailing only Brisbane (161). Top scorer is, unsurprisingly Billy Slater with 14, followed by Matt Geyer and Greg Inglis (11 each) then Marcus Bai and Mahe Fonua (8 each). Mahe's 8 tries have come in just 4 games.
At Canberra's home ground, Billy has 9, Geyer 6 and Inglis and Fonua 5 each. Fonua has played just 2 games at Canberra's home ground.
It is the ground outside of Victoria where we have the most tries (76)
