Continuing what seems to be a theme this year in our Juniors who we have signed going other places apparently Patrick Herbert is going to the Dragons.
Also with the draw being out we have two games on TV in the first 20 rounds. R6 vs the Raiders and R18 vs the Warriors.

Not sure if relevant to this thread but another aspiring player has passed away over the weekend
Waverly Panthers announced that Hayden Butlah passed away.
This is the second since Ray Ertle and another sad tragic loss of young life.
Many of our current players have played with an against these men. bromwich Bros, young t, and mahe to name a few

It's so sad....all the boys are devastated a lot of the posted stuff yesterday most seem like they will go to his funeral
I know I chatted to him heaps of times when he was in our 20s system and followed him on IG...he literally posted about a week ago how hard the year had been last year with ray passing away himself getting injured and not getting signed up agin

It's a huge concern that the NRL need to be worried with.
It seems over the last few years, there have been 4 or 5 young men go through this. I could be wrong, but it seems to be ones who haven't taken the next step to an NRL list.
Really need to ensure a welfare/support system for those who don't progress past the 20s as it can be a shattered dream, and complete loss of direction for these young men.

Very sad. Definitely needs to be something done in the welfare area. A couple of players last year were in first grade squads but hadn't debuted yet and one of those had a long term injury.

Any news on the 2015 squad fizer?
