I really hope we get our act together this weekend as Canterbury are most likely to completely wipe us off the park if we don't. Last two times we've played the Bulldogs we have been nothing short of disgraceful. On game day I hope to see this:
1. Slater (should back up from Origin)
2. Robinson (please give him a run, seriously why did we bring him to Melbourne??)
3. Chambers (should back up from Origin)
4. Mann
5. Tonumaipea (needs to lift his game, been quiet before he got dropped last week so I hope he can lift his game)
6. Roberts (everyone's not happy with Hampton, so Ben Roberts should replace him for the rest of the year)
7. Cronk (should back up from Origin)
8. J. Bromwich
9. Smith (C) (should back up from Origin)
10. McLean
11. Proctor
12. Hoffman (should back up from Origin)
13. Hinchcliffe
14. K. Bromwich
15. Harris
16. Moors
17. Norrie (is much better off the bench now, playing much better than he was in the starting line-up)

Harris HAS to start. Why can't people see this
Also, throw Marika in the side. He scored a hat-trick on the weekend playing with a team of players he's unfamiliar with no different to what he'd have to do if he was chosen to play for the Storm this week.

Koroibete could be the WILDCARD....
the ACE in the pack...
our JOKER that gets us into the Finals..
how many other card analogies does everyone want

Remember this day, men, for it will be yours for all time
Bula, he scored "3 fries" were they french fries?bula wrote:I think we'll see Marika in the team this week. He continued his NSW Cup form in the QLD cup by scoring 3 fries.
If he's not named I think we'll see a late inclusion.
I saw in the report that Frank Ponnissi said that Koroibete doesn't know our defensive structures (or similar), that's alright neither do our current outside backs. So what's the difference? Unless he is in second tier cap (which he could be) just pick him he is in red hot form leading try scorer in NSW Cup and now a hat trick for Easts. We need some attacking spark. I can't wait to see him flying down the wing at AAMI Park.
Usual lazy cut and paste job, especially consdering the club is quoted as saying Cronk will probably back up in the Sun today.

That'd make me very happy. Don't get me wrong, i've been a huge fan of Sisa but the facts are that his confidence is shot and has been for a while now and needs to go back to second grade to retain it. It's come to the point these days where you hold your breath wondering WTF is going to happen when he gets near the ball.Insomniac wrote:Hoping for:

I love Sisa too, but it's clear that he needs to get his injury attended to before we'll see the best of him again. If I'm wrong about the injury causing his downfall, his form this year is even more of a concern.
Frank ponessi was on KBs show today and he said Roberts would mostly drop out for cooper this week
He also said they were giving Ben Hampton a few more weeks to show his stuff while playing with cooper as they wanted to sign him after seeing him playing with coops
He said he had not signed anywhere yet and they were chatting with his manager
