Hey y'all this is a question for those that followed the team in the ealy-mid 2000s. Does anyone remember Antonio Kaufusi being named at centre on a couple of occasions? I remember Bellamy saying he was putting him there for defensive purposes, but I don't think he actually ended up playing there on game day, so only named to play there during the week.
Not talking about Sam Tagataese, I know he definitely played a couple of games at centre, but I'm positive Kaufusi was **named** there a couple of times too.

Sorry just a random question, didn't think it was worth creating a new post for

Fox Sports reporting that Tino has a clause in his contract saying he can negotiate elsewhere if Holbrook got sacked, should be making enquiries there for sure

Be cool if this news is true. We should be doing everything we can to get him back.

In my dreams , he can come as a prop and surely his partner could transfer to Storms' netball team the Sunshine Coast Lightning.

Keeping it in the family!

Katoa re-signs until end of 2027.

Hoping to be back playing in 2-3 weeks, good to finally get a bit of an update there.

2027 - NAS(31), Howarth(24), Katoa (27), Munster (33)
2026 - Hughes(31), Grant(28), Coates(25), Olam(32), Warbrick(28), Welch (32)
2025 - Garlick(29), Tui(31), King(30), Paps(27), Loeiro(24), MacDonald(23), Pezet(22), Wishart(25), Chan(23), Sua, Vaalepu (26)

Reimis Smith(27) and Meaney(27) are probably next 2 that we look at re extensions. OOC end of next year.

Anderson, Sims, Nikorima, Moeroa,Jordan Grant, Jennings, Ieremia OOC end of this year. None are a risk of being poached IMO, so no urgency there. We'll retain them if they earn it or will be moved on.

EDIT - added players age when contract expires.
