Good news Storm have re-signed the following players:
Trent Loiero and Alec MacDonald until the end of 2025; and
Tom Eisenhuth until the end of 2023.

Going to need Loiero and MacDonald to both take massive steps forward next season.

Could Aaron Pene be re-joining the Storm?

He was released from his contract with the Warriors and has posted on his Instagram story that he has arrived in Melbourne.

ah, that would be re-signing. Let's not confuse resigning with re-signing.
fantastic news. we can rebuild a team around him, a damn sight tougher if he was to move on.

and i'd have Pene in a heartbeat, he was great with us.

Wow if there is any doubt whether Munster is the man we want him to be, that's well and truly put to bed. This decision shows maturity especially given his young family. Sure a few million bucks help but still I instantly retract anything negative Ive said about him.

I knew he would sign when the article came out the other day about him wanting Premierships. He obviously won't get that at the Dolphins.

I'm glad the circus is settled and munsters chosen to stay instead of chasing the dollars.
Also looks like we've picked up pene

Hardly! One means he is pissing off, the other means he has re-committed. You simply cannot get more of a juxtaposition if you tried.

I stand by my view that NAS signing is more important than Munster. You can coach everything in the game besides being a monster

Also, I know he can never say it publicly but, I reckon it kills Anasta to help a player sign with us, he just doesn't hide his dislike of us well at all.

The detective in me believes that perhaps the Dolphins were told before they signed Hammer that Munster was staying
