Round 7 - ANZAC Day Clash Storm vs Warriors - 25/04 @ 7:00pm

Here's what I think should be the line-up for the ANZAC Day Clash. Others might disagree, but I reckon Cam should play lock since Hinchy is out, since he always picks up the ball from the back of the scrum and defends like one, I don't reckon it would be beyond him (he has played at five-eighth and halfback before without any trouble). Finchy has played hooker before in his time at the Roosters and with his experience would be well and truly up to the task. With this positional change, it makes the team unpredictable.

Here's what the line-up would look like with this positional change:

1. Billy Slater
2. Sisa Waqa
3. Will Chambers
4. Junior Sa'u
5. Mahe Fonua
6. Gareth Widdop
7. Cooper Cronk
8. Jesse Bromwich
9. Brett Finch
10. Bryan Norrie
11. Tohu Harris
12. Ryan Hoffman
13. Cameron Smith (C)

14. Jason Ryles
15. Lagi Setu
16. Slade Griffin
17. Kevin Proctor

Can't get behind the idea of Cam at lock. It's unneeded imo.

I'd move Tohu to lock and bring Slade into the team. That would be my only major change. Moors or Kenny in for Vave will be the other one.

We will look like this:

1.Slater
2.Waqa
3.Chambers
4.Sa'u/O'Neill (May come back since he's listed as round 8)
5.Fonua/O'Neill (See above)
6.Widdop
7.Cronk
8.J.Bromwich
9.Smith (c)
10.Norrie
11.Proctor
12.Hoffman
13.Harris
14.Ryles
15.Setu/Moors
16.Griffin/Finch
17.K.Bromwich/Moors

The side that is named on Tuesday will not venture outside of those small variations I've just mentioned, maybe on Thursday we might see a Garbutt or Hampton out there warming up.

I am super confident that my CHAMPION TEAM will do us proud this week.I am hoping to be able to watch this clash in transit on my way to London. With Sisa back in the team we have more options.Coops will be back to his match winning form and Jessie B,Tohu are playing better every week and of course CAMMY IS AWESOME every week.Billy always has the other team wondering where he will pop up next. Chambers,Hoffy,Ryles and Widdop,Norrie,KP,Sau and of course the VIC boy are serviceable.

NOPE CAN`T SEE US BEING BEATEN on ANZAC DAY...

Why move the best hooker in the world to lock???
Slater plays like a 5/8 when were attacking but would he be moved if Widdop was injured??

Slade is a Hinchcliff clone. Tough running, hard tackling workhorse and would fit straight in. I don't think Cam would be running the ball out from our own 20m first man out has Hinchy does now, and slade , or any of the others some have mentioned would do
Cam in the back of the scrum! Most teams do that these days anyway. Think of what cam does at dummy half 100+ times in a game and transfer that to the back of the scrum - makes sense that a hooker does this.

I would love to see Finch in the 17 but in Craig we trust!!

Swap Harris and Proctor.
Put a line through Finch.
Put a slash after Moors with K Bromwich.

Those are the only things I think we will see different come game day.

Yea I don't mean to call out a fellow Storm fan. But moving Cam out of hooker to lock of all positions is an odd one to say the least. Into the halves I can understand but lock. He'd be useless there IMO.

Hinchy may have filled in at hooker for a couple of sets but that's completely different to Cam playing out of position a whole game.

he will be name at 9 for sure but he could handle lock easy. his game wouldn't differ that much at all in defence if he played lock he just probably get a little lost in attack.. he will play hooker tho n harris/proctor/hoffman will play lock imo
