Given Vave is contracted the only way he'll be leaving early is if we release him. If that's the case then maybe we have someone else lined up to replace him. Who knows.

Yep spoke to his family. They told me about him re-signing with us about a month before it was officially announced last year. They told me it was 2 year deal.

Zerotackle has him off contract at the end of this year.

Will be a damn shame if we lose him. Have loved the impact he's given us when he's played.

There has been talk now that we are going to lose Vave, Moors and Norrie. I can't see that we would let all three of these props go, particularly with Ryles retiring.

i would be surprised if we released vave.

zerotackle is only a guide at best, it's frequently wrong, just look at how it had a guy name berkrey or something similar there for a year or two even though none of us had ever heard of him.

Storm in the box seat to sign Andrew Fafitas twin Brother David currently playing in France and wants to come home to Australia...

I remember seeing him play in OZ a couple of yrs ago he was gonna be a wrecking ball like his brother so he would be an amazing signing

If we sign David Fifita he would be the third prop we have acquired from France: Jeff Lima and Jack Afamasaga (ok, Jack came knocking on our door when he finished in France because he was living down Geelong). Hopefully he is as successful for us as Lima was. He is big, strong and young so hopefully would be a good signing for us if it happens.

According to the Herald Sun the Storm have re-signed Justin O'Neill for three years and Sisa Waqa for two years. Matt Duffie and Junior Moors have also taken up options to stay at the Storm next year.
