Wondered what the mumble mumble was betwixt ref n touchie ::)
Be good if the sports ears worked on NYC games.
BTW - You missed my kid brother's 'whole game' banter with the Panthers cheer squad - Was priceless

Pity we had to miss the whole day because of work. The missus has still got a couple of your party poppers that would have gone off for sure yesterday.

Panther's player showed the ref and touchie but couldn't identify who allegedly did it. Ref said "if you can't give me a number, I can't do anything"

Great win by the Thunderbolts last night, defeating the Broncos 60 to 18.

Tries: Young Tonumaipea 3, Kirisome Auva'a 2, James DeSaxe 2, Jack Joass, Mahe Fonua, Richard Kennar, Jarome Wilson

Goals: Jack Joass 8/11

The boys have snuck into eighth place for the moment just ahead of the Dragons and the Sharks. So go the Cowboys and Souths Under 20s this week. Big game for the boys v Sharks next week.

Back to 9th at the moment. It's going to be tough going to secure a top 8 finish. If we win both our remaining games and other results go our way we could finish as high as 6th.

if the baby warrior win today and they were at HT we only have to win 1 of our last 2 to make the finals but could finish 7th if we win both

If we win only one of our remaining games and the Dragons win in round 26 & Bunnies win one of their two remaining games then we'll stay 9th on 30 points with Dragons & Bunnies 31.

A great 24 - 12 win last night by the Thunderbolts moves us into the eight above the Dragons. Denny Solomona played his first match back from his leg injury and Richie Kennar scored a 95 metre try.

So if we beat the Tigers this week the Under 20s will be in the finals.

The Bolts have done it tough but they still can do it.

If they draw or lose against the Tigers then they can still make the finals if Dragons lose on Sunday.

Good luck to the lads for Saturday, a win would be great and would see them get a home final as the curtain raiser to Storm's home final.

tough call but the backs are firing & forwards are going hard - could get them through...be great to see the Vic young guns (Mahe, Young, Richie) go all the way this year,

Williame is playing today in place of Fonua, wonder if Mahe is going to get a game in fg?
