The Official Sisa Waqa Appreciation Society Thread
Great work Inglis#3. I was thinking about resurrecting this thread and you beat me to it. Whilst there has been a bit more love for Sisa in the last couple of weeks, in the month or two before that there wasn't much. I felt like I was one of the few praising him.
Get on board the SWAS. Even Craig Bellamy is on board.

One player Bellamy was delighted with was winger Sisa Waqa, who scored the opening try against the Sharks and then showed great composure to throw the final pass for Will Chambers to score the match-winning try.
"He's been tremendous for us the last couple of weeks," Bellamy said.
"Last year he played some really good footy but lost some form about a month before the end of the season.
"Hopefully this year he can hang on to it because he is a really talented player.
"He's got really good skills for a winger; he can run and pass and as we saw on Monday night he can make good decisions too."
Our most improved player.
Has come from a defensive liability who almost looked frightened under a high ball last year, to an attacking weapon who has really tightened up defensively this year. All credit to him. I honestly thought he didn't have it in him.
He is one of our most important players going into this finals series.

The more he plays, the more comfortable he looks. Good to see him getting some press too!

Where has this form come from??? I reckon Bellyache pulled him aside before he signed on for next year and said to him that he better pull his act together otherwise he won't be at the club any longer.
Times 1,000. He was sensational again. He made two great chances on kicks last night too and made good tackles on the end of them. One which was mentioned earlier on Moltzen to force the goal line dropout. He was also unlucky to be called for a knock on in the second half even Woz and Loz didn't think it was a knock on.Mattpoet wrote:If the player of the year award was based on the last 5-6 weeks, he'd win in a canter
