I finally managed to get there early enough to watch the Thunderbolts match. They were really good. If they`re the up and comers the future of Storm is looking bright :-D

I saw most of the game on Monday and man they were impressive and enjoyed their lap of honour after the match.

Can someone tell me who the Victorian boys are in the U/20's squad.

Mahe Fonua will go in the book as a Victorian produced player, the first real one as Duffie has been helped by produced by union in NZ and Widdop via England.

I get quite irritated when people throw up that little gem ::)

AFAIK - Gareth only ever played RL at a VERY junior level in Halifax,(Kings Cross RLFC ? ) & after moving to Melbourne at 16 played in the VRL at the Roosters.
Then on though the Melbourne Storm 'star factory' to where he is today.

Gareth was selected & played for his 'National Team',but that team could just as easily have been Australia,he was a member of the Victoria and the Australian Affiliated U18 Schoolboys, which makes him a VICTORIAN

Sorry can't comment on the Duffmeister ?

Does anyone have any clue as to why Josh Jerome is a non-factor this year? Did he upset Dean pay somehow las' season.. is he injured... are they jus' using him sparingly so no other club sees what he has to offer? Im mysitified as to why he still isn't playing because he is still eligible as far as I know, yes?

He's not as good as the players being picked and Matt McGahan' kicking meant he wasnt necessary.

Thats the way i see it.
