A Call to arms for my southern Nemisis/Friends

Remember last season, when you guys went to canberra and morons were
flashing notes of a large denomination to your players, your heros because
of a shocking yet deliberate act by rogue sections of your board

I submit a challenge,i want to see photos of dogs waved at canberra
signs crafted and howling made,i would very much like to see you guys
get revenge for such cowardly acts after the poor taste but not dispicable
act of Monaghan, who personally i wish the best of luck to

I very much think this act of vengeance could not only make me and you laugh
ALOT but hopefully relieve some of the emotional baggage from last year for you
guys,Craft large posters of Lassie,Labradors and even pugs,Photoshop or attach
skirts and bras to said dogs and get a long awaited vengeance upon your closest
neighbours

Show them how shit it feels to have your club publically embarrased and mocked by
the fans of other clubs for reasons outside your control

My idea for a poster to be crafted would be a mother dog giving milk with theyre
sponsors logo attached to it somehow

Put canberra fans back in the doghouse and put off theyre entire playing roster
for a free 2 premiership points for your team and years of laughs as you remember
back to such a brilliant revenge, giggle to yourself for years to come everytime you
see a labrador thinking back and remembering how awesome it was, that you all
came together in arms, the smiles on the faces of your heros and the dismay on the
face of your opposition and their fans,to not exact such a revenge would be dogshit
crazy

Will you accept such a challenge or let sleeping dogs lie?

ARISE MY ENEMIES AND CARRY OUT YOUR REVENGE!!!

That was a pathetic and disrespectful act by the Canberra fans..

I couldnt give a stuff what other Storm fans do.. but i aint sinkin to that level.

What ever punishment Mona's recieves from the Raiders and the NRL will be enough. Theres no need to revert to crap like that. specially the great family atmosphere we got in Melbourne.

While I absolutely love the concept, I think that as Storm fans, we should try to be the bigger 'people'.

We all know the pain of having your club / players dragged through the mud, the last thing I would want to do is inflict that pain on others, regardless of how they treated us at the time.

Turn the other cheek, so to speak.

I agree, gotta be the bigger man so to speak. Show canberra you are too classly to do that kind of acts.

Raiders fans? Ha! We copped the same treatment from Bulldogs fans at AAMI PArk and Finchy just waved at them and laughed. No need for any sort of square up.

Dogs fans should know the feeling of being humiliated; to this day there are still large elements of the rugby league community who refer to the as "The Rapists".

The best revenge is to start arranging a road trip....

Try and get a few buses and cars full of Storm Supporters to turn up in droves...

It drives the Canberra fans mad - as they have no concept of why we would
travel so far. Given their crowd numbers we might even make a fair show
of it tooooooooo ...... LOL...

Anyway the best revenge is stick to the game and bring it back in 2011 IMHO

That's not fair to the Raiders players - it was the Canberra supporters who were waving money (and being dicks in general).

I'd like to think that our supporters are above stuff like that.

This post is so stupid..why would we want to stoop to their level..if you havea problem with Raiders fans then sort it out in your own backyard..this type of retarded behaviour isn't associated with Storm fans mate

The players copped crap from the local crowd but we had a ball and no one gave us any trouble at all :)

I'm looking forward to another trip to Canberra this year :D

Now if The Eagle had mentioned Parramatta or Dragons supporters, then I'd be all for it

They deserve heaps of stick.

I was at the Canberra game to and even though some of the fans were being idiots we still had a good time and really enjoyed the ground etc I drove from Syd at 3pm at the game at 6pm then drove back home right after got hom at like 1am but since I coudn't afford to fly to Melb to support the boys I did what I could and that was to get my butt down to Canberra...I would rather focus my energies on supporting our boys instead of focusing on bringing down other teams..with us all supporting out boys they will automatically take care of otehr teams/supporters for us...

Might want to change that insult. You've seen the photo so you know he didnt 'finger' the dog
