Ugh! Please no talk of either Stuart or Sharp coming in. I wouldn't be happy with either of those guys at the Storm. Id like either of the Johns boys as an assistant tho thats hard to see happening with their media gigs they both have. Id even be ok with Brad 'Astro' Fittler being an assistant, again I dont see it happening though...

whoever it is has to be meticulous and want to be a head coach. They nearly always make the best assistants

What's Kidwell's deal with Rabbitohs u/20's for the next few years though?
Took them to the grand final so why wouldn't he stay and just boost his profile a bit more..

a reason why kidwell might move on is the top age/bottom age nature of the under 20s. most finals sides are packed with top age players who have to then move on and as such often struggle the next year.
Also heard that brad arthur has joined kearney at parra and so will have to be replaced as well.
