The word is that 5/7 Parramatta board members voted to get rid of Anderson and he is being pressured to resign.

He has been offered the full season's pay to walk and they will bring Kearney up from Melbourne for 2011.

League Unlimited forums are all over it.

The Parramatta Eels club have completed their coaching review and according to 1Eyed Eel sources the decision has been made to go into next season without Daniel Anderson.

Radio reports this morning have also confirmed that Anderson will not be at the club next year.

It is understood senior players have already been informed of the decision and that next week the club will decide between Stephen Kearney and Ricky Stuart for the role of 2011 head coach. While Stephen Kearney has been the front runner, it is believed that Ricky Stuart is a strong contender for the role and that decision is expected to be made next Tuesday as well.

1Eyed Eel understands the board decision went against Anderson 5 to 2.

I hope they go for Ricky Stuart...I'd love Mooks to stick around to take over Bellamy's job.

Same.

I just wonder though if the past year will result in Craig maybe staying a few years past 2013. If so Mooks is too good to wait that long.

Just my thoughts, but I doubt Craig still stay on past 2013.  This year it clearly showed, he was very close to breaking point and I wouldn't blame him if he left the Storm for a year or so had a rest, then took another coaching job (Broncos my guess)

So hopefully Mooks can stick around for 2 years and the job will be his.

If Kearney does go, how about David Kidwell as a replacement ass. coach

Seems to be doing a great job so far.

Other suggestions ?

This word does not carry the weight of loathing & contempt with which I view this horrible possibility  #-o  ](*,) disgust

You would think Ricky would have too much of an ego to be some ones assistant.

Mooks was always going to end up somewhere else. He was a stray pube away from being head coach at the Dogs in 2009, remember?

I reckon Stuart is finished as a coach. Too much of a prima donna.
