What the *LIMA LIMA LIMA DUCK*?

Okay, this might seem like a really stupid topic to raise, but I haven't been on these forums very long, and I wanted to know where the phrase *LIMA LIMA LIMA DUCK* came from...
I thought it sounded really cool, so if someone could tell me I'd love to know...

Of course the song as actually about Llama's but Buzz thought Lima (as in Jeff) would go well in the song & he decided it was a funny replacement for a certain swear word....
