Id challenge if I was Bill.

Clears away his points coming up to Origin and gives him a week off if he loses.

GI i always liked at fb, wanna see chase get a crack, been unimpressed with neilsen and quinn especially thier finishing, dane chisholm is a star and our next 5/8, might as well acustomise him now, kostjasyn looked good at 9, manu and white need some starts, lima and lowrie need some time in reggies, hinchy is a 13, wanna see how kite kali and rochow handle 1sts, thoughts?

My thoughts exactly 1999, except I think we should give GI, Cronk & Blairy a week off as well to refresh their minds.  Lima has been good the last three weeks.  He made good meters yesterday.  I'm really interested to see this Dane Chisholm fella

If we start sending out a weak side for no reason, that is confirming that the club is not looking to win games this year, and that will be buying into the line that we will drop away and become a rabble at some stage this season.
Whilst I also look forward to seeing some of the young kids come through, that is not the way to do it IMO.  They will get their chance during Origin time, and no doubt later in the season with natural attrition rates
Storming our way to glory!

I suspect the Storm dont view Dane as a viable option at 6 anymore, unless he really works on his passing game (in saying that though I dont think Widdop is a genuine 6 either) certainly with the amazing speed he showed on Saturday he would like very nice outside of GI, unlike Quinn he can turn a quarter chance into a try.

If Billy fights and loses, Id like to see this team

1. Gareth Widdop
2. Anthony Quinn/ Dane Nielsen
3. Chase Stanley
4. Greg Inglis
5. Matt Duffie
6. Brett Finch
7. Cooper Cronk

08. Brett White
09. Rory Kostjasyn
10. Jeff Lima
11. Ryan Hoffman
12. Kevin Proctor
13. Adam Blair

14. Ryan Hinchcliffe
15. Sika Manu
16. Sione Kite
17. Bryan Norrie
18 Fred Makimare - make him 18th man just to show him he's getting close, turning into a tremendous player.

Anthony Quinn – suffered a ligament avulsion (torn from the bone) in Sunday’s game. Thus requires surgical re-attachment and he will unfortunately miss 4 weeks.

If that is the case why have we named Quin in the team. So will Stanley be picked ahead of Macdougall? I assume, yes, because he has youth on his side compared to Luke.

Yep Quinn is out for a minimum of 4 weeks with thumb ligament damage and having an opertion tomorrow.

To change to subject a little, I think it would be a great idea if Storm supporters sent an email to the Raiders to thank them for their gesture of free entry to the game.

I did.
