12pm - Henson Park

1. Maipele Morseau
2. Young Tonumaipea
3. Kirisome Auva'a
4. Jai Ingram - Anyone know anything about this kid. The only Jai Ingram I googled was a prop from NQ. Unless they have Fonua and him in the wrong spots.
5. Richard Kennar
6. Adam Millgate
7. Eman Carlos
8. Jarome Wilson
9. Herschel Gideon
10. Matt Constantinou
11. Mike Che-Kam
12. Tohu Harris
13. Mahe Fonua
14. Luke Waiti
15. Jake Keating
16. Jerome Henry
17. Uiti Baker
18. Tala Titi
19. Justin Tavae
20. Cameron Hansen
COACH: Kim Williams

Should be to strong for the Roosters with Avuaa, Wilson and Harris back and a change in the halves. Also like the move of Fonua to lock, has size and skills. Only a matter of time now before Cam Hansen returns to Aussie Rules as well I think.

The amount of players with Islander/Maori backgrounds is crazy!

Most junior players in Victoria are islanders/Maori - al least that was the case when my kids played - and they are the same age as these kids.  They played with Hershel maybe U10's

I had a feeling this game was going to be close, so well done by the young guns.

Wouldn't it be awesome if these games were televised, so we could get a chance to watch them play.

Melbourne 36 (M Fonua 3, M Morseau, Y Tonumaipea, R Kennar, M Che-Kam tries; A Millgate 4 goals) defeated Sydney Roosters 28 (A Fine 2, P Rokolati, A El-Zbaidieh, T Tuivasa tries; J Miller 4 goals)

7 tries to 4, seems like the scoreline flattered the Roosters also I think thats 9 tries in 3 games for Fonua.

I changed the title of the thread so we dont have to start a new one every week. Maybe we could sticky it till the seasons finished

Rd 4 line-up

1. Marpelli Morseau
2. Young Tonumaipea
3. Kirisome Auva'a
4. Jai Ingram
5. Richard Kennar
6. Adam Millgate
7. Ben Hampton
8. Jarome Wilson
9. Herschel Gideon
10. Matt Constantinou
11. Mike Che-Kam
12. Tohu Harris
13. Mahe Fonua
14. Luke Waiti
15. Jake Keating
16. Jerome Henry
17. Uiti Baker

18. Eman Carlos 19. Justin Tavae 20. Cameron Hansen 21. Tala Titi 22. Ray Ertl 23. Keiran Pickles COACH: Kim Williams

Ben Hampton will make a massive difference to this team, new halves pairing in fact.
