well we got a draw....we had a few chances to win the game but im proud of how we played. two players out injured we put in 110% but couldnt get the points, the boys really put in.

Finch was good tonight (mmmm humble pie) he needed to get the ball more tho...i dont think cronk is confident enough to give him the ball yet but he did look good.

ah well...good effort pity we kept trying to go for the Fg instead of trying for a try.

Can I please ask what does it take for us to get a penalty when our kick chasers are illegally taken out?

Welcome back Whitey indeed  ............... shame he was pulled up short of the try line ... would have done his confidence a world of good !!

IMO, Blair and Lima played awesome tonight ..... plenty of punch

Very very happy with the way the boys played tonight ..... we keep playing like that over the next couple of weeks and we'll be right :)

First half was very promosing, excluding the first 10 minutes. Much improved on previous weeks, second half we struggled but I reckon Brett Finch will be the better for having played that game with us. Sorry to hear about Quinn, fingers crossed he is okay. Bring on Tomane next week.

Finch was good!! Never thought I'd be cheering for him. But yeah go Finch! lol
Alot of good came out of the game and we didn't do too many stupid errors.
I just wish Inglis got the ball to kick for goal.. but meh, what can you do.
Yay Whitey!! Really happy he's back. You could see our forwards were more dominating then a few weeks ago.

yeah showed definate improvement. lima and blair ran hard all night...thought dj was good in defence altho got lazy towards the end. really impressed with white...When Sika comes back i think we will be right.

hopefully proctors injury isnt bad either...but quinny looked real sick.

What happened to Proctor?

White must of been dying to get back on the field. He prepared himself well. very impressed with him.
I didn't know he made such an impact until this year.

Oh and..
Did Tomane actually play halfback for the u20's?

Proc got injured towards the end of the 1st half i think...looked like a shin injury. he didnt play the rest of the game and they didnt mention anything else after that.

Commentators said it was a 'high ankle injury'.

Yeah, I was suiutably impressed with Finch for his first game with the boys - showed  a bit of promise but is defiantly spending more time playing the call rather than calling the play - This should improve with more game time.

GI still needs to step up and be the leader he should be.

I thought today we really let our guard down mid way into the 2nd half.
untill then, the warriors looked flat and hopeless, then after a few sets we just let them get a foot in the door
we also didnt take advantage of manu being injured on the wing, we should have had the boys runing at him non stop cause he could barely walk

Finch really impressed me for his first game, that pass to score our last try was beautiful, hope to see him stick around in the team for a whle

and was it just me or did the whole northern stand look like the KKK lol

Why is everyone suprised Finch did well?

He still needs more ball....Cronk needs to remember he has a real 5/8 now.

As for the team performance, improved but still nowhere near where we need to be. Warriors should have won. Stacey Jones somehow blew it twice.

White was very good in return though i think Blair stood up and has kept his starting spot for another week. 21 hit ups and 36 tackles from Adam....great stuff

Inglis again awesome when he wants to be....though just wish we found him some more. He is getting more involved though.

Chambers did nothing wrong again but will again be called 'ordinary' all week

Not sure what to take out of tonights game...slowly improving maybe? we won't beat Manly at brooky next week with this performance though

oh and also

Luck had 72 tackles! that is unreal. Heard the old record was 67.

We have to find room for this guy in the Qld team

thought chambers did fine with the ball. He could have done better in defence when manu scored in the corner...he was slow up to tackle his man and wasnt able to put him to the floor. But other than that i thought he did good.

im surprised finch did good because i havent seen him do anything decent the past few years...
