Realise its a touch early, considering we dont know who we'll play

But anyway, do they normally plan some special stuff for GF week>?

Open training sessions at Olympic Park etc??

Yes - i think it was Wednesday or Thursday last year - I couldnt make it with work but they do have this thing on. Will try to make it this year

how far of a walk is MC labour park from melbourne uni campus?

i can only get in by bus and thats the closest one

Tram straight from the city on Elizabeth St (can't remember the line number). It's only a few blocks from MelUni.

I think it's stop 15 or 16 on Route 19.  That route passes about 100 metres from the ground.  Heading north the tram passes the west side of Melbourne Uni/Royal Melbourne Hospital, then passes the colleges, then passes a few soccer fields, then it's MC Labour Park/Princes Park.

Our STORMBOYS are flying to Sydney Wednesday, don't know flight details yet but will post them here when I have them confirmed.

We will be meeting them here this end, I will rally the troops!!! :D :D

Off to Peter Wynns shortly to get our balloons etc! My Mother's nursing home and Luke's office are both going to get a makeover again! :D

See below for Melbourne Storm's planned training schedule for grand final week beginning Monday, September 29th.

Please take careful note of the media opportunities this week and please plan accordingly.

Any changes to the training schedule will be made to the "Storm Schedule" on the Melbourne Storm website, www.melbournestorm.com.au, as soon as possible.

All sessions will take place at MC Labour Park unless otherwise stated.

Monday, September 29th:
9.00am - 11.15am: Weights

Today is the designated media day. Please see below for player availability. Player note the players named and the times stated are a guide only. Any changes will be made to the "Storm Schedule" on the Melbourne Storm website ASAP.

9.45am - 10.30am: Michael Crocker, Dallas Johnson, Sika Manu, Jeremy Smith

10.30am - 11.15am: Russ Aitken, Cooper Cronk, Israel Folau, Anthony Quinn, Billy Slater, Steve Turner, Matt Geyer

11.15am - 11.45am: Scott Anderson, Adam Blair, Antonio Kaufusi, Jeff Lima, Brett White, Aiden Tolman

Tuesday, September 30th:
10.00am: Skills Session

12.00pm: FAN DAY

Today is the open fan day. The training session will be finished by midday, after which the players will interact with the fans at a signing session. Only Cam Smith and Ryan Hoffman will be available for interviews for the media.

2.30pm: Team photo


Wednesday, October 1st:
Time TBC: Bus departs Princes Park for the airport
Time TBC: Qantas Flight departs Melbourne for Sydney

Head coach Craig Bellamy will be available for comment at Sydney airport.

4.30pm - 6.30pm: Grand Final Fan Day (Luna Park, Sydney)

Thursday, October 2nd:
6.45am: Grand Final Breakfast (Westin Hotel, Sydney)

Post-breakfast press conference - Craig Bellamy, Cooper Cronk, Brett White, Michael Crocker, Dallas Johnson and Matt Geyer

Please note, aside from the breakfast itself and the post-breakfast press conference, no Melbourne Storm players will be available for interview.

9.30pm: NRL Footy Show - Cooper Cronk and Steve Turner

Friday, October 3rd:
DAY OFF

Saturday, October 4th:
CLOSED SESSION

Sunday, October 5th:
10.00am: Team cricket match (venue TBC)
5.30pm: STORM v ????

Monday, October 6th:
Time TBC: Qantas flight departs Sydney for Melbourne
Time TBC: Storm Fan Day
