Saw that, it was nice to get a positive Melbourne story after the blatantly biased dribble that Warren Smith spouted.

Sad to see him finish up but he is doing it at the right time, the old legs have struggled with the pace of the game a few times this season.

Though i thought he was one of our best on the weekend....dunno if thats a good thing or a bad thing for the team.

Im sure there would be some sort of role for him in the team, though his brother was hinting about him coming up to the Gold Coast a few weeks ago.

Speaking of biased commentators what about Phil Gould on sunday.

far out....telling us all game how the Warriors are 'right in this'....then when we get a penalty he questions if the refs are pressured by us cause we are the top team

i like him cause he knows alot about League but deadset he couldn't make it more clear he was after the upset....

interesting to see if he has got the game this weekend

Yeah is well past his best, and i thought earlier in the season we dont need him any more, but after losing Chambers, he has come in handy.

I was worried about his match up with Tate, but credit where credit is due, he stuck to him like glue, got half palmed off once, but he went straight back in and got him, does he get hodges this week, thats a worry.

As for the other Storm centre with the big reputation, he needs to pull the finger on Defence this week.
Go the Allblacks, Richmond , and the mighty Storm

Um. Seems like a pretty good call in hindsight doesn't it?

It was a terrific little story. The bloke is a champion of our club.
Warren Smith's performance last night was nothing short of unprofessional. To highlight the Storm like he did and then try to appease it by showing 20 seconds of grapple tackles from the other games, was ludicrous. I honestly believe they think nobody watches the show down here.
2012 premiers. Legit.

the fact that anyone with half a brain watching the game knew that the Warriors were 'right in this' so there was no need for him to keep reminding us how excited he was all through the game that the Warriors were on top most the game.

It's exactly why i never watched the show last night. With the loss and the grapple issues that have been reported this week it was safe to assume that this dickhead would be taking pot shots at the Storm every opportunity he got. I value my tv too much to risk putting my foot through it listening to Eddie Munster senior delivering his weekly dose of Storm vitriol.

Yeah, if I had've realised I would have watched the Rugby League doco on the History Channel. I had forgotten that it started at 7:30pm, I turned over after NRL On Fox, they were showing the end of the 70's at that point.
