i thought we did well, but it did look rushed in attack...it looked like we panicked and went to one out stuff.

Our defence wasnt bad either, one try was due to zappa/izzy rushing in to much and the other was one of those tries when the ball goes through 4-5 sets of hands and we just couldnt tackle the guy with the ball.

the most telling part was when lima was sent off. we scored a try and seemed to gather momentum in that period.

Fus was awesome, and Manu really showed how much we missed him last week!
As for Smith's grapple, I don't think there was a second movement to the head/neck, but i'd like to see it again.  I thought Jeremy Smith may be in more trouble for the 'chicken wing', but they let the St George bloke off last week for the same thing, so who knows.  Got a nervous wait though!
How good was Crocker!!
I actually thought we played really well, but couldn't crack the line.  From about the 10 min mark of the first half, we dominated, but the Broncos defence was awesome.
Get out of jail card used though boys... starting to look like 99.
Good call.
Am I the only one who reckons Smith has nothing to worry about?
if we can appeal and get one week, then all good.
i repeat - we will beat the sharks next week.
2012 premiers. Legit.

from what the commentators on nine were saying he would have too many carry over points, if he gets a certain grade then he will miss atleast 2 games. early plea or not.

but no i think he does have to worry about it. but only coz of his previous offences, the incident alone wouldnt be cause for a suspension its the stupid point ssystem that will be the problem.

points only come into it though if it's enough to get charged.  I have a feeling he'll be ok

A game worthy of both a final & the venue.Still lopsided comments from 9's talking heads  :x
Wonder what happened to penalties against the Broncos for laying on in tackles & arms around the throat,(classic grapple) ? Maybe Rob Finch instructed the officials to "watch Storm players only"

I keep hearing how Storm 'aren't playing well' - God help our opponents when they do Image

Now with that being said:

we didnt derserve a win...didnt derserve to get with-in 2 points even! Lima and fusi were awesome!!! izzy made for last week...cam was good. but it was far from impressive performance from the boys.

Cam will be gone for sure next week....who comes in for him? aitken to hooker? but russ sux :(
We deserved to win, we were denied a few times over the line, had plenty of the ball.. didn't have much go our way.

Having a guy sin binned for THAT? give me a break.

The smith "grapple" looked worse than it was imo. grabbed him around the chin but when he went backwards his arm was around his chest. Hopefully he gets off.. I can already hear the Sydney media having a cry about it if he does.

Boofa's reaction is priceless.  He just looked around and could not believe what happened.
Also Bellyaches, Mooks and Co. reaction in the box was memorable too.

we can beat the flake with or without him, but Manly or warriors will be harder.

I reckon its a storm - warriors final

If Cam does get done then try something different - put Billy at hooker - GO to full back and Boofa at 6 - shake it up :)
Fox news is pushing it (a susspension) hard.

Leave Billy a FB. and Geyer a Centre.

Haven't we any other chioces?????
