2007 GF DVD

I'm just wondering whether anybody has a copy of they GF DVD that they produced, not the copy bought in stores? I am looking for one with all the pre and post game analysis (including entertainment and presentations) and if possible, the curtain raisers beforehand. I will obviously reimburse anybody who goes to the effort to make a copy for me.
