Anyone going out to watch State of Origin?

Thought I'd go out and watch the game with a bit of company.  Any ideas on the best place to go?  I think Crown usually show it, but it isn't always the best place to view or hear the game.

GAME 1 AT THE STATION HOTEL

Thanks to everyone who responded to the RSVP for State of Origin game 1 at LEAGUE OF OUR OWN's exclusive venue this Wednesday night. We've already received 50 "yes" responses so we know we're all in for a great night! If you haven't RSVP'd, you are of course still more than welcome to come, and bring your friends along as well. 

Here are all the details you need for State of Origin Game 1.

The exclusive event will be on in the main function room at:

THE STATION HOTEL
96 Greville St Prahran
This Wednesday 21st May
Coverage commences at 7:30pm

If you plan to take advantage of the special food and drink offers (see below), we recommend that you arrive early because the pub will get pretty busy as game time approaches and the wait for food could get pretty long.

·        Exclusive use of the huge function room FREE OF CHARGE
