If salary cap was not an issue would you try to sign him?

I reckon he would either have a ripper in melb away from the trouble, or be such a loud mouth he would unstabilise the club

nah... if we could fit him in you would just keep the other forwards we had.  He spends more time off the paddock than on in my book...

No chance in hell could it happen! There's laws of physics and space-time continuum that preclude Willie Mason from being seen in the same town as Brendan Fevola at the same time. The world as we know it would end!

Yeah I'm tired of Sydney saying we have the ugliest players of any code and I don't think the combination of those two would help.
Also Willie would be a waste. He's well past his prime.

I would have him only if he wasnt so expensive and he pulled his finger out!! He is a loud mouth, but some of the things he has talked up this year I think have been not of a bad nature as it has highlighted a few points for the NRL to look at. But in saying that - I like our boys and I wouldnt want to have an of them lose game time because of someone like Willy.
But I also think that he could do a huge 180 and be like Mick Crocker too. I mean no one would really pay as much attention to him in Melbourne, and he might love that fact.

But we wouldnt get him anyway - and I dont think Bellamy would go chasing him either.

We won't be going after him, but seriously, if you could get him cheap, any club would be stupid not to look at him.  Anyone with his size and agression is a welcome addition to any pack, and the profile he comes with wouldn't hurt down here either, as long as he stayed out of trouble

Storm would take him in a nano-second if they could.  It's been asked before and the answer was in the affirmative - 'why not, he's a great player'

exactly Tigger - like him or not, he's a gun forward - particularly when they run him in the back row

Totally agree. I feel the club culture at Melbourne would set him straight...

I really have to say that the only way that Boofa played at that kick from Orford was if he cracked a fat.
